When your extended families gather, for any reason, I recommend that you set aside a special time and place to record their stories, history, traditions, personalities and talents.
This is a wonderful opportunity, that shouldn't be wasted, to reveal, preserve and share your family's genealogy and character

• Hiring me makes it happen......Hosting your guests, handling all of the other things on your To Do list and handling the logistics of creating these recordings is almost impossible to do yourself.
• I provide planning & materials to get your family excited & ready to participate with notes, historical documents and heirlooms brought from home.
• I bring experience in staging and directing techniques to enhance the interactions and let the camera capture the expressions.
• I provide my extensive lists of questions for all ages to create fun, lively and meaningful conversations
• I provide special lighting and equipment to provide soft lighting and block uncluttered backgrounds..
  I keep the cost affordable with planned, in-camera, editing. Verbal introductions and summaries create a natural beginning and ending to each chapter of the video on the DVD and on the web. Planned editing reduces expensive and time consuming editing.
• I create a relaxed and fun environment that is also sensitive to tender or painful feelings around particular topics. My goal is for you to have a meaningful and touching recording similar to what you hear on the NPR Story Corps segments.
